Dear Customers, we are pleased to present new acrylic milling cutters available in our store – the Esko Kongsberg AUS03-3022-50, AUS06-4022-50 and AUS06-6022-58 models. Thanks to their parameters and solid workmanship, each of these cutters is an excellent choice for precise and effective work with acrylic.

The first of the models, Esko Kongsberg AUS03-3022-50, is a spiral cutter with a working diameter of 3 mm and a height of 46 mm. This cutter is characterized by a shank with a diameter of Ø 1/8″, which ensures stable mounting and the possibility of precise milling of acrylic to a depth of up to 22 mm. Its single tooth allows for a smooth cut that leaves a smooth surface, making it an exceptionally versatile choice for those looking for efficient solutions for processing details.

The Esko Kongsberg AUS06-4022-50 cutter features a Ø 6 mm shank and a working diameter of 4 mm, making it ideal for deeper and more demanding cuts. Thanks to its larger cutter diameter and 50 mm height, it provides greater durability and efficiency in thicker acrylic materials, while maintaining high precision. The maximum milling depth is also 22 mm, making this model ideal for larger projects.

The last of the new models is the Esko Kongsberg AUS06-6022-58. This spiral cutter, also with a Ø 6 mm shank, is characterized by the largest working diameter – 6 mm – and a cutter height of 50 mm. Its solid construction and increased diameter make it an ideal model for fast and effective processing of large acrylic surfaces, ensuring exceptional durability and stability. Combined with a milling depth of up to 22 mm, this cutter can handle thicker materials and allows you to complete complex projects without having to change tools.
