New ER66.1A and ER64.1A milling cutters – precision and convenience in one product

We have introduced two new milling cutters, ER66.1A and ER64.1A, which will certainly improve the operation of any machining machine.

Both of these models are distinguished by a retaining ring, which allows for installation in the tool bank. This innovative solution allows the machine to automatically change tools, without the need for manual intervention by the operator. Thanks to this, work becomes more fluid and efficient, which is crucial in modern production systems, where automation is of great importance.

The ER66.1A milling cutter is a tool with a 6 mm diameter holder and the same working diameter, which makes it ideal for working with materials requiring greater strength and precision. Its larger diameter allows for efficient and precise cutting operations, even in the case of more demanding projects.

In turn, the ER64.1A cutter, which also has a 6 mm diameter handle, is characterized by a smaller working diameter – 4 mm. It is an excellent solution for working with details, where more delicate processing is required. Thanks to its precise design, this tool is ideal for thinner materials, such as foils or thin plastics.
